Users are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and all activities performed through their account.

Appointment availability depends on salon partner schedules. Delayed arrival may result in cancellation or reduced service time.

Payments may be processed through trusted third-party payment providers such as PayU.

SalonGoGo does not store users’ debit or credit card details.

SalonGoGo may provide cashback offers, referral rewards, loyalty points, coupons, gifts, festive campaigns, and limited-time promotions.

“Promotional cashback, rewards, and gift campaigns are optional marketing programs and may vary by user, city, salon partner, or promotional period.”

Users agree not to misuse the platform, post false information, or engage in harmful activities.

SalonGoGo uses encrypted HTTPS/SSL communication and secure authentication systems to protect user information.

All platform content including logos, graphics, text, software, and images are the intellectual property of SalonGoGo.

SalonGoGo is not responsible for third-party service interruptions, partner business practices, or payment gateway failures.

SalonGoGo shall not be held responsible for salon service quality, allergic reactions, technical interruptions, or indirect damages.

SalonGoGo reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
