Mobile Number / Email Address
Business Address
Bank Account / UPI Details (for settlements)
Booking and transaction history

2. How We Use Information

  • Manage salon bookings accurately.
  • Process partner payouts and settlements efficiently.
  • Verify business accounts for safety.
  • Improve app functionality and user experience.
  • Prevent fraud, scams, and unauthorized access.
  • Provide dedicated customer and partner support.

3. Partner Payments & Settlements

SalonGoGo Partner processes settlements through trusted and secure payment providers such as PayU.

Settlement Timeline: Eligible settlements will be transferred to the partner's registered bank account. Standard settlement timelines may take T+1 to T+7 working days depending on banking systems.

4. Booking & Platform Charges

SalonGoGo provides a digital ecosystem where customers can book services, pay online, or choose cash on delivery. Partners agree to accept all valid bookings.

Partner Wallet System: Used for managing commission deductions, promotional charges, subscription plans, and settlement tracking.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Customers may cancel bookings anytime before the scheduled appointment time.
  • Refunds to customers are strictly subject to individual salon cancellation policies.
  • In case of a technical payment failure, refunds are processed automatically within 3–10 business days.
  • If a booking is cancelled or refunded, applicable platform fees may remain non-refundable.

6. Taxes & Prohibited Activities

Partners are solely responsible for their own applicable GST compliance, local tax obligations, and legal invoicing requirements under **Indian Law**.

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy. The following activities will lead to immediate account lock or settlement freeze:

Fake Bookings Fraudulent Transactions Misleading Pricing Payment Abuse

7. Data Safety & App Permissions

We secure your data using encrypted HTTPS/SSL communication, robust authentication systems, and restricted database access. We do not sell personal user information.

Internet Access Camera (Document Upload) Storage Access Notifications
Google Play Store Data Safety: Data encrypted in transit • Users can request account deletion • Limited data sharing with payment providers only.

8. Rights & Account Suspension

Your Rights: Partners have full rights to update business details, manage listings, and request account deletion at any time via support.

9. Support & Policy Updates
